It is an autonomous Haul Truck washing system, specially developed for operation in all types of environments and weather conditions. It consists of robotic arms mounted on rails, on the sides and front, which move along the existing washing slab to reach the area of interest for washing. In addition, we have developed an add-on that allows the underside of the truck to be washed. Each arm incorporates the piping and pythons to wash its section of the truck.
This solution allows water savings of up to 50% compared to manual washing, and washing times of approximately 30 minutes per truck.
